The Live Stage returns in the Main Hall for 2023, sponsored by eBay!

Join Car S.O.S hosts Tim Shaw and Fuzz Townshend for a turbo-charged day packed full to the brim with all things automotive. Featuring celebrity guests from across TV and motorsport, exclusive Car S.O.S stories and owner interviews, record breaker sessions, giveaways and much, much more.

The cinch Live Arena

Hosted by motoring legend Mike Brewer, the cinch Live Arena will deliver a fast paced mixture of thrills and entertainment as well as supercar, classic and new car parades. 

Paul Swift’s team will wow the crowds with an all new stunt show including something very special at the end of every day, plus another special Guinness world record attempt.

The Bridgestone Motorsport Arena

The Bridgestone motorsport Arena, in partnership with Kwik Fit was one of the most popular parts of the show in 2022. Back for 2023, we’ll be bringing an eclectic mix of motorsport vehicles, modified cars, extreme Hypercars and Supercars! 

In 2023 Petrolheadonism Live returns and we’re bringing back Car Football and an all new amazing Mountain Bike display team.

Live music at The British Motor Show

The Greatest Hits Radio Stage.

The Greatest Hits Radio Live Music Stage returns in 2023, with its own tent and seating area.

The Greatest Hits Radio Live Music Stage will deliver a variety of cover bands over the 4 days, playing the best music from the 50’s, to the 90’s to entertain guests while they take a break from the action, grab a bite of lunch or rest their feet. 

Ewbanks Live Auction

New for 2023, Ewbanks will be hosting a live Auction at this year’s British Motor Show. A variety of classic and rare cars will be on display all weekend, with a live auction taking place on the Sunday Afternoon. 

Visitors will be able to see the lots up close for themselves and register all weekend to bid in the Live Auction on Sunday afternoon

The IMI Tech Hub

Our IMI Tech Hub is the place where you can find out about the latest automotive technology.

Our interactive tech sessions, delivered throughout the weekend are designed to cut through the jargon and explain the topics in simple, easy to understand terms. Find out everything you need to know about EV ownership, the latest in car tech, gadgets and more

The Latest Cars

Our new car halls focus on showcasing the latest cars. With manufacturers and suppliers on hand to answer all the questions you might have about your next purchase or the newest cars on sale. Featuring the latest cars on display for you to get up close and personal.

The Premier GT Supercar Paddock

The Premier GT Supercar Paddock was a huge draw in 2022. In partnership with the UK’s most respected supercar specialists Premier GT It’s where you will find a collection of super-rare and super-expensive supercars.  You will get the chance to get up close to cars that they may well never have seen in the flesh, with an additional group of cars making a lot of noise in our cinch Live Arena. 

Classic Car Clubs & Owners Enclosure

Introducing classic motoring to the masses. Our Owners club zone and Owners enclosure, features an amazing collection of classic, unusual and rare cars on show together. Only the best cars will be chosen for the owners enclosure, designed to reflect a great variety of automotive classics from the 1950’s through to the modern day.

The Modified Zone

The Modified Zone in Hall 5 showcases some of the most amazing modified cars from the last 50 years. Owners will be on hand to chat about their cars and show how car modification has changed over the decades.

With one of the most diverse displays of modified cars and one of the friendliest parts of the show, don’t miss the Modified car zone.

Petrolheadonism Zone

If you like you Supercars loud and extreme the Petrolheadonism Zone is the place for you. Brought together by the team behind Petrolheadnism, Hall 5 is brought to life with an amazing display of extreme Supercars and modified American Muscle cars, including flaming Mustangs and pick up trucks.

Twice a day the team put on a live display in The Bridgestone Arena too, Its a show not to be missed.


From Go Karts to F1, we will have a selection of cars from grass root motorsports right through to Championship Winning BTCC cars and F1.

From Go Karting to 4×4 off roading, we showcase motorsport that anyone can get involved with.

We’ll also have F1 cars and BTCC cars on display, plus a selection of motorsport vehicles in our daily Bridgestone Arena Motorsport display.

Driving Experiences

Sporting Bears official charity of The British Motor Show

Sporting Bears Dream Rides

The Sporting Bears are our official charity partner again in 2023. The group of classic and supercar owners with big hearts helped us raise over £45k in 2022 and will be back at the show with their amazing collection of vehicles, offering passenger rides in supercars, classics & modified cars, with all proceeds going to charity. 

Passenger drift ride experiences

New for 2023, Crew Sade, the team behind the Live Arena stunt show, will be offering drift experiences in the dedicated Drift Arena. You’ll be able to take a passenger ride in a fully fledged drift car, with an expert drift pilot, some of whom are champion drift drivers and stunt drivers from the movies.

Test Drives

The British Motor Show isn’t just about static cars, you’ll be able to test drive at the show too. Our two test drive experiences will allow you to get behind the wheel of some of the latest cars. We also have motorbike test rides and a return of our Electric ride experience, dedicated to Electric scooters and bikes.

For The Kids (and big kids)


The British Motor Show was conceived to entertain all the family and we know how important it is to keep the kids happy, and what youngster doesn’t love a fairground ride. At this years show we’ll have Dodgems, ride on cars, a wall of death display, Mini Karts and remote control cars to play with.

The British Army also returns this year with a fantastic interactive display including Land Rovers, climbing walls and even TANKS !!!

Automotive Careers Expo

Are you or your youngsters starting to think about career choices.

Why not turn a passion for cars into a career in the Automotive industry.

Our Automotive Career Fair in the Tech Hall will feature a variety of suppliers and experts to chat about what the Automotive Industry has to offer. We’ll also be featuring some amazing STEM interactive features like Robot building and VR headsets. 

Under 17 Driving

We are excited to welcome back young drivers to the show in 2023, offering driving lessons for under 17’s.

You’ll be able to get your kids behind the wheel for a 15-minute driving experience in a manual car fitted with dual controls and with a fully qualified driving instructor.

They’ll get to practice steering, reversing parking and even a bit of slalom, what child doesn’t want to drive a real car!

The Kids Zone

We have absolutely loads to keep the kids busy all around the show, including the Family Zone in Hall 1.

Our Kidz Zone will include a giant Scalextric, driving sims, a giant car playmat, colouring for the youngsters and even car wrapping.

EV & Technology

The British Motor Show isn’t just about static cars that you can look at, you’ll be able to test drive some of the cars at the show too. Our two test drive experiences will allow you to get behind the wheel of some of the latest cars available and see for yourself if they are your perfect match.

Visitors to the show have been wowed by the British Army Parachute display at midday each day and fear not this will be back again in 2023. However we’re adding in an amazing opening ceremony for this year.

We don’t want to give too much away, but it’s worth you getting to us early so you don’t miss it.
