We all want to do the right thing and for the right reasons, but what are the options? Is it right for you?
The Select Electric Motor Show featured the latest in EV technology, all in one place. We had independent experts sharing their views on the options and the advances, and answering your questions on what the future looks like. We understand that to really understand if it is right for you then you need to test it for yourself. Our Alternative drivE provided cars to test drive which were dedicated purely to Electric vehicles, Hybrids and Hydrogen.
Our experts were also on hand to talk about how you could convert your cherished classic with the latest technology.
The show had one of the most impressive collections of supercars you will see in one place this year. The latest from Aston Martin, Ferrari and Lamborghini and one of the first public displays in the UK of the Maserati MC20 and Mclaren Artura as well as over 50 Supercars and Hypercars per day in the Premier GT Owners Paddock. Here you could get up close and personal to a unique collection of super-rare and ultra-expensive cars from Lamborghini to Ferrari, Porsche to McLaren and so many more.
The Live Arena, hosted by Mike Brewer, displayed an eye candy parade of the cars you love the most, the sound and variety of which left visitors buzzing for more.
If it’s the truly weird and wonderful that floats your boat, Crazee Car Corner showed their display for the obsessed & possessed display of wild and wacky cars, mental motorbikes, oddball caravans, and upcycled extreme machines.
Over four days, The Live Arena, hosted by Wheeler Dealers Mike Brewer, saw a mixture of thrills and spills, as well as parades and comparisons of some of the star cars at the show.
Paul Swift’s stunt team wowed the crowds with a stunt extravaganza, featuring sideways and two-wheel driving, while another key highlights were the supercar parades, in which an amazing selection of the world’s most exotic cars will rumble into the arena and make some noise.
Mike introduced classic car parade and a twice daily show of some of the most important motorsport exhibitors at the show, along with his own group tests of some of the most important new cars at the show, from EVs to SUVs.
Each day, the event closed with a round of car football – The British Motor Show’s very own celebrity rendition of the Euro 2020 football championships. After sharing their stories on The Live Stage, hosted by Car S.O.S Tim and Fuzz, Yianni, Phil Tuffnell, Graeme Swann, Queen B, Aiden Moffat, Ash Sutton and Vicki Butler-Henderson captained their teams in this fun-filled game!
