The eBay Stage

The eBay Stage returned in 2024 with even more fun, even more education and even more celebrity guests.

The eBay Stage was once again one of the highlights of a packed show.  Hosted by Tim & Fuzz from TV’s Car SOS, the eBay Stage was packed with celebrities, motorsport guests, quizzes and giveaways.  With such a brilliant line-up, the sessions were standing room only!

Celebrity Guests

Tim and Fuzz were be joined on stage by a selection of celebrities, from TV stars including Vicki Butler Henderson, Iwan Thomas, and Grace Webb.

Our panel sessions welcomed some of the best automotive YouTubers the UK has to offer, hosted by Sam Hard and Ciro from Petrolheadonism, with their friends joining in the action and entertaining the crowds.

From famous faces to the next big thing in motorsport, the daily eBay Stage motorsport sessions included guests from the whole spectrum of motorsport series.

Tim & Fuzz got them to share their experiences, how they got into motorsport and what they are up to. With a distinct focus on grassroots motorsport and how the average person can get involved, these sessions were a huge hit.

Tim & Fuzz never fail to deliver when it comes to having some fun. Over the 4 days they delivered quizzes and giveaways on stage, giving the crowd the chance to get involved and win some great prizes and will be back with more of the same in 2025.

Highlights this year also included "Tim's Top Tips", with Tim Shaw sharing his top ten tips and advice on how to keep the cost of car maintenance down.

Driven Women

The British Motor Show Driven Women campaign is aimed at highlighting and celebrating women who are involved in automotive. Our stage panels featured EV experts, motorsport stars, those that work in the industry and even motorsport mechanics.

As well as answering questions from the crowd, the Driven Women panel looked at being a women in what is perceived as a heavily male dominated environment and how we can encourage more women to join automotive as a hobby or a career.

Drivers Den

Ever wanted to be a Dragon?  Here at The British Motor Show we’re always looking for the next big thing - an idea or product that’s groundbreaking or a simple solution to problem we didn’t know existed.

Following the huge success of this feature in 2023 year, this year our Drivers Den moved to The eBay Stage, where we put a selection of carefully chosen products in front of our audience in a ‘Dragons Den’ style session, where a select number of suppliers got to pitch their latest product to the audience each day, who then voted for the winner.

Mythbusting EV's

Despite electric vehicles becoming far more mainstream than they once were, myths still abound.

Our Mythbusting EV sessions featured experts on stage, from retailers to charging specialists, all on hand to answer questions from the crowd, deliver simple to understand advice and help bust some of the more modern myths around EV's.
