2. Ticketing, Fees & Refund Policy

2.1 Ticket Use

• Tickets have no resale value and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, coupled or bundled with any other product or services, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the Organiser’s consent.
• Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions or pursuant to Ticket Plan Protection (if purchased).
• The Organiser is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on unused entrance tickets.
• Please keep the e-ticket safe and check your e-tickets upon receipt, informing us promptly of any errors.

2.2 Fees

• Booking fees, transaction fees, and supplementary fees may apply in addition to the ticket price.
• These fees are not refundable except as set out in See Tickets’ terms and conditions.
• Ticket Refund Protection fees (if purchased) are non-refundable.

2.3 Event Changes, Cancellations, & Rescheduling

• The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
• If advertised talent can no longer attend for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, efforts will be made to maintain the overall nature and purpose of the event, including replacing unavailable talent where practicable. No refunds are required in such circumstances.
• You will be informed of any changes to event dates or times; however, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation or related costs incurred.
• You should always check that the event is going ahead as scheduled. Updates will be provided via email, website and social media.
• If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or request a refund of the ticket price (excluding booking and transaction fees).

2.4 Breach of Terms

• Tickets used in breach of these Terms and Conditions will become void, and the holder may be refused entry or removed from the event without readmission.

3. Entry Conditions & Security

3.1 Security & Searches

• Security searches may be conducted at the Organiser’s discretion.
• You may be asked to provide identification at any entrance gate.
• The Organiser may confiscate and dispose of items regarded as dangerous or hazardous, including (but not limited to) weapons, knives, firearms, flares, fireworks or drones.

3.2 Safety

• Motorsport can be dangerous. Despite reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents may occur. You attend at your own risk.

4. Animals

• Visitors are not permitted to bring animals to the site, except for assistance animals due to the proximity of an international airfield runway.
• Assistance animal owners may be required to show documentation on arrival.
• Emotional support animals may be permitted; visitors are advised to provide advance notification for risk assessment purposes.
• Assistance animals without a visible harness can collect an animal pass at the venue entrance.

5. Photography, Filming & Media

• The Organiser may take photographs and video recordings of attendees for marketing purposes.
• Photography and videography equipment may be used for private domestic purposes only.
• All other recording or transmission is strictly prohibited without permission from the Organiser.
• As a condition of entry, you assign to the Organiser (via present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recordings you make at the event.
• Drone photography and videography are strictly prohibited without express permission from the Organiser.

6. Children & Age Restrictions

• Children aged 0–17 may attend free of charge, with one free child place permitted per full-paying adult, this may be excluded from one off promotions where additional conditions will apply. All children must hold a valid ticket (including free child tickets), be accompanied by an adult at all times, and may not enter or re-enter the event unaccompanied.  Proof of age may be required; failure to provide ID may result in removal from the event.
• This offer is not valid for VIP entry; a paid Child VIP ticket is required.
• Tickets may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over.
• By purchasing a child ticket, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the child.

7. Vehicle, Car Clubs & On-Site Access

• All approved vehicles on site must display a vehicle entry pass. Only vehicles granted access may enter the event site.
• Accepted Car Club, Car Owners and Supercar drivers will receive one complimentary driver ticket.
• Passengers in approved vehicles must hold a valid event ticket.

8. Trading & Commercial Activity

• No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official parking facility.

9. Liability

• The Organiser accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage sustained while attending the event, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by the Organiser’s negligence.

10. Carer Tickets

• Personal Assistant or Carer tickets are issued one per full price paying adult ticket.

• Proof of entitlement must be provided at checkout when purchasing.

11. Statutory Rights

• The ticket holder’s statutory rights are not affected.
