The Promoter is Automotion Events Ltd, Warner House, Castle Street, Salisbury SP1 3UD.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Automotion Events and cinch Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entrants are solely and completely responsible for providing the Promoters with accurate and current contact details. The Promoters will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any entrant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the entrants or otherwise. 

Closing date for entry will be as stated on the main page. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Upon entering the Competition, all entrants must submit all contact details requested by the Promoters (which must include a valid e-mail address and telephone number) which will be used for the following purposes: (a) to notify the winner that they have won the prize; (b) to post the winner’s name and town of residence on the Website; (c) to comply with the Privacy Policy. (d) to receive marketing updates from Automotion Events and Cinch. You may unsubscribe from these updates at any time.

The entrants recognise that Automotion Events and cinch may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 supplied by the entrants in accordance to these Terms and Conditions. The entrants also recognise that we may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by us to be illegal.

By entering a giveaway, Entrants warrant that all information which they submit is accurate, true, current and complete. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (entirely at their own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has acted in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions

Competitions are governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

The competition is only open to residents of the UK, delivery of the vehicle will only be offered within mainland UK. Automotion Events will use all endeavours to deliver the car before Christmas, but cannot guarantee this.

All entrants agree to a winner’s picture being taken to be used on our website and on social media pages if they are to win any competition. We also may use winner’s pictures for 3rd party advertisements and media publications.

The Promoters accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.

These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract, joint venture or other agreement between any entrant and the Promoters.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

The winner will be notified by telephone, If the winner cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
