The cinch Live Arena – back and bigger than ever

The British Motorshow is back with a bang in 2023, and no part of the show provides bigger bangs than the cinch Live Arena! 

A centrepiece of this essential summer event, the live arena is home to some of the most thrilling features across the four days of the show, all masterfully MC’d by Mr Wheeler Dealer himself, Mike Brewer, alongside very special guest hosts. 

The arena’s daily schedule is packed with electrifying action from bonnet to bumper, including:  

Shred Shed Drifting Show

After blowing the roof off the Motorsport Arena in 2022, Shred Shed brings its unique live-action show to the cinch Live Arena in 2023. Combining scripted entertainment with high-octane motoring mayhem, this year the feats of driving skill and showmanship are enhanced further by choreography from a West End production team – you have to see this to believe it! On track mayhem + top level production = one insane spectacle. This is drifting, but not a you know it.

Premier GT Supercar Showdown

A perennial crowd-pleaser, the Premier GT Supercar Showdown returns to The British Motor Show, allowing you to witness the sound and fury of these dream machines first-hand. Not only will the team be putting a selection of the world’s most exotic, high-performance vehicles through their paces around the arena, but also hosting live chats to ensure that you are fully genned up on them. 

Guinness World Records

After smashing three world records in 2022, The British Motor Show 2023 will see an attempt at another incredible record in the cinch Live Arena. Though the details of this attempt are currently top secret, we can tell you that Guinness World Records will have several special world record-holding vehicles on display. 

Paul Swift Stunt Extravaganza

You’ll swear you’re in the cinema! Stunt driver, Paul Swift and his team return to the live arena to wow the crowds with feats and skills that you usually only see in the movies. 

Car football

Back by popular demand following a year off, car football returns and the stakes are even higher!  With a new knock-out format featuring teams including celebrities and influencers, fighting it out for a place in the final on Sunday. This will be the talk of the summer. 

The cinch Live Arena will also include classic car parades, crazee creations, and each day opening with our cars of the show – five exceptional vehicles that we think you simply must check out. Also returning is the ever popular Lightning Bolts parachute team – landing in the arena daily! 

Offering something for car fans and families alike, this year’s mouth-watering menu features more ‘not to be missed’ moments than you can shake a gear stick at!
